You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, receives the goods.

Notification can be sent via email or letter. Use of a sample withdrawal form is optional.

Refund

  • Upon receipt of your notification, all payments including shipping costs (except extra costs for choosing a more expensive delivery method) will be reimbursed within 14 days.
  • Refunds are made using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or proof of dispatch is provided.

Returning Goods

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of notification.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the goods are defective.
  • The customer is responsible only for reduced value due to unnecessary handling.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or personalized products.
