How are the vases made?
ARTNOVAGUE vases are produced using advanced 3D printing technology. Each vase is printed layer by layer, a process that takes several hours.
This method allows for intricate and delicate designs while keeping the vases very lightweight.
We have carefully selected materials with sustainability and quality in mind – the vases are made from organic corn starch-based plastic.
What material are the vases made of?
ARTNOVAGUE 3D vases are made from Polylactide (PLA), commonly referred to as “bio-plastic.” PLA consists of lactic acid molecules produced from the fermentation of corn starch or sugarcane.
Although PLA is produced synthetically, it is biodegradable and serves as a sustainable and eco-friendly alternative to petroleum-based plastics with similar properties.
How should the 3D printed vases be cleaned?
ARTNOVAGUE vases should not be washed in a dishwasher. They can be gently cleaned with lukewarm water.
For dry dusting, a lint-free duster or an unused makeup brush can be used.
The transparent inner insert or glass insert of fragrance vases can be washed in a dishwasher at temperatures up to 65°C.
Can the vases hold water?
Due to the 3D printing process, the vases themselves are not waterproof. Water would leak out.
However, each vase comes with a special waterproof insert that allows you to add water for fresh flowers.
The insert is cylindrical and slightly smaller than the vase’s volume. Make sure to place it inside before adding water.
If using dried flowers only, the insert is not necessary, but you may keep it.
Why are high temperatures not recommended?
Exposure to very high temperatures (e.g., direct sunlight) can reduce the material’s stability and cause deformation. Tests show that deformation can occur but does not always happen.
We recommend keeping vases away from temperatures above 40°C.
Can the vases be used outdoors?
For short-term use in a garden, terrace, or party table, the vases can be used outdoors.
However, they are not suitable for permanent outdoor use. Even for short periods, avoid direct sunlight exposure.
Are the 3D printed vases compostable or recyclable?
Yes, the vases are biodegradable and can be composted in an industrial composting facility under controlled conditions using microorganisms.
They should not be discarded in a home compost. We hope you enjoy your vase for a long time, but if disposal is necessary, please contact ARTNOVAGUE.
What shapes do the vases have?
ARTNOVAGUE vases are available in several beautiful and distinctive shapes inspired by classic designs, modernized through 3D printing. Each model is produced in multiple sizes.
What are the dimensions of the vases?
Exact dimensions can be found on the product page. The sizes are coordinated so that the height of vases in each size is approximately similar, though it may vary slightly depending on the model.
Vase and set sizes:
- Approximate height: 0 – 0 cm
The vases are designed to be easily combined in different sizes, for example as a set of three.
Inner inserts and openings:
Waterproof inserts have approximate dimensions depending on the vase:
- S: 0 cm height, 0 mm diameter
- M: 0 cm height, 0 mm diameter
- L: 0 cm height, 0 mm diameter
Glass tube and accessories:
- Approximate height: 0 cm, diameter: 0 cm
The opening of the vase is slightly larger than the glass tube, which is placed inside using an additional insert.
Vase capacity:
Due to different shapes and sizes, vase volumes are not identical. To fill with water, use the supplied cylindrical insert.
Vase weight:
Thanks to the manufacturing process and the use of bio-plastic, the vases are lighter and more resistant than ceramic or glass vases:
- Large: 0 g
- Medium: 0 g
- Small: 0 g
Available colors:
The vases come in several colors, ranging from light to dark shades.
You can choose one favorite color or combine multiple vases. Colors are selected to coordinate perfectly with each other.
You can find inspiration for combinations in product images throughout the store.
How do I place my order?
Once you have selected your favorite product in the store, you can choose the desired quantity and color or model.
With a single click, the product is added to your shopping cart. From there, you can proceed to checkout or continue shopping.
What payment methods are available?
You can securely and conveniently pay using PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), or via invoice (through Klarna).
Where can I find my invoice?
Your invoice will be sent to you as a PDF via email.
For payment methods that require payment before shipping, you will be redirected to the corresponding payment provider from the shopping cart. For invoice payments, Klarna will contact you.
Can I check the status of my order?
You can easily check your order status through your customer account.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you will also receive an email with a tracking link.
Can I change my order later?
You can still make changes to your order before it is shipped. Just send us an email or give us a call.
Please note that changing the delivery address is not possible for invoice payments.
How can I use a discount code?
Discount codes are valid only during the promotion period.
At checkout, enter the code in the “Discount code” field and the amount will be automatically deducted from your order.
Discount codes cannot be combined, and cash payment is not possible.

Which countries does ARTNOVAGUE ship to?
We ship our products from Germany to all EU countries and Switzerland.
For orders from other countries, please contact our customer service team.
What are the shipping costs?
- Orders over €80 in Germany: free shipping
- Orders under €80 in Germany: €4.90
- Orders over €250 outside Germany: free shipping
- Orders under €250 outside Germany: €9.95 or €14.95 depending on the country
How are the products shipped?
Products are securely packed in sturdy cardboard boxes and shipped via DHL GoGreen.
We use eco-friendly materials and avoid plastic whenever possible.
Is delivery to a Packstation possible?
Yes, simply enter the Packstation number, postal number, city, and name in the address field.
Can I change the delivery address later?
You can change the address before the package is shipped. Please contact us via email or phone.
Changing the address is not possible for invoice payments.
How is tax calculated for orders?
- Orders within Germany include 19% VAT.
- Orders within the EU: German VAT applies up to a certain threshold; beyond that, the VAT of the destination country applies.
- Orders to Switzerland: German VAT does not apply. The customer is responsible for import taxes and customs fees.
Example:
A Swiss customer orders a product set worth €230:
- German VAT is not applied
- The customer pays import taxes and Swiss VAT to DHL
- The total cost for the customer is approximately €227
My order has not arrived
After shipping, we will send you a tracking link. In most cases, this will show the status of your order, but sometimes the email may end up in the spam folder. Please check your spam folder first.
If your order has not arrived, you can always email us or call. We will help you track your item and take the necessary steps if it is lost.
The delivery arrived damaged
It is important to document everything with photos, including any damage to the packaging. Then contact our customer service. We will be happy to take care of it!
I received the wrong product
Please contact our customer service. We will arrange everything needed for an exchange or a replacement delivery.
Returning or exchanging a product
You can return the product if you change your mind.
The product should be well packed, properly stamped, and returned in its original condition. Please contact our customer service in advance to notify us whether you would like a return, exchange, or refund.
Even if you have a complaint and want to return the product, we will be happy to assist. Please always contact us first.
How long do I have to return the product?
As part of the 14-day right of withdrawal, you can return the product in its original condition with sufficient postage.
