You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days<\/strong> without giving any reason. The period starts from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, receives the goods.<\/p>\n

Notification can be sent via email or letter. Use of a sample withdrawal form is optional.<\/p>\n

Refund<\/h3>\n

  • Upon receipt of your notification, all payments including shipping costs (except extra costs for choosing a more expensive delivery method) will be reimbursed within 14 days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Refunds are made using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n
  • We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or proof of dispatch is provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
